Online sales
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made on the Phoenix Armor website. They have been drawn up in accordance with French consumer law and applicable European law.
Article 1
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Anoukis Multimedia, publisher of the Phoenix Armor website (hereinafter “the Seller”), and any person making a purchase on the site (hereinafter “the Customer”). Any purchase implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website at the time of browsing, subject to availability. Product photographs and descriptions are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual. Phoenix Armor reserves the right to modify its product range at any time.
Article 3
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (French VAT applicable). Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery country and chosen carrier; they are displayed before order confirmation. Phoenix Armor reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force on the date the order is placed.
Article 4
An order is validated after acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, entry of delivery information, choice of carrier and payment confirmation. A confirmation e-mail is sent to the Customer upon receipt of payment. Phoenix Armor reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a dispute relating to a previous order.
Article 5
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Transactions are secured and Phoenix Armor does not store any banking data on its servers. In the event of non-payment, the order is automatically cancelled.
Article 6
Orders are dispatched within the timeframes indicated on the website, following payment confirmation. Phoenix Armor cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon handover of the parcel to the carrier. Any anomaly observed upon delivery must be reported to the carrier within the legal deadlines.
Article 7
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with their tags.
Article 8
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a defect, the Customer may contact our customer service to obtain a replacement or refund.
Article 9
Phoenix Armor cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products or a service interruption. The Seller's liability is in any case limited to the amount of the relevant order.
Article 10
Data collected during the order process is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information on your rights, please read our privacy policy.
Article 11
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the Seller's registered office. The Customer may also refer to consumer mediation in accordance with European Directive 2013/11/EU.
